Financial & Insurance
Your treatment plan will include a breakdown of all applicable fees, and we will inform you of all costs before treatment is administered. Payment is expected at time of service. If you have insurance, you will be expected to make an estimated payment for that portion not covered by your insurance plan. For that portion of costs not covered by insurance, we offer several payment options:
- Cash or Personal Check
- MasterCard, Visa, Discover and American Express.
- CareCredit Financing
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
Dental insurance is intended to cover some, but not all, of the cost of your dental care. We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental Insurance and we will be happy to file your insurance claims for you. Please bring your insurance plan information with you on your first visit.
We will also fully attempt to help you receive full insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
